CBS x Bayo Fulfillment Update

Please take note CBS uniforms are all on a pre-order basis. We don't have uniforms on hand as they are produced only upon order placement. Kindly note we have received more than 700 uniform requests for priority shipping.

Your HRD has provided us a list of all employees attending the event and we have marked those orders included in the list. Rest assured our production team is doing our best effort to release as many uniforms as we can before your February 16 sales event to accommodate all of your priority requests.

We will be shipping out orders bound for provincial destinations first given the delivery travel time needed for their orders to arrive by February 16.

For Metro Manila employees: We will be delivering orders up until the day prior the event - February 15, 2024 - to ensure we finish serving all priority orders.

Our customer service team is online during office hours, Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 6 PM ONLY.

Our CS team is also offline during holidays.

This covers all our customer support channels via email and messaging apps. Unfortunately we don't have phone support available.

However, kindly note our warehouse team is open even on Saturdays to continue fulfilling and serving your orders.

Once we finish serving all priority orders by February 15, we will resume fulfilling regular orders following your sequential order number. This will begin with regular order numbers starting with #12 and ordered as early as January 9, 2024.
